Specialty Coffee Shop Go-to-Market Strategy Development – Central Perk
The Client, Central Perk LLC was the owner and operator of a highly visible concept of specialty coffee shops wishing to develop both regionally and internationally but lacking sufficient capital to achieve this objective.

Lonsdale Associates’ brief was to develop a feasible go-to-market strategy and associated documentation to convince potential investors that the returns offered by an investment in this concept were substantial, realistic and achievable.

Scope of work included an analysis of the competitive environment, detailed analysis of existing accounts of units opened to date, development of 5 year projections of P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flows for all future openings on an international basis, and development of the necessary projected organizational structure.

Lonsdale Associates introduced the Client to an investor and took active role in the negotiations. The deal is expected to be signed the first quarter of 2008.
